We’re hosting a competition!

WELCOME

We are Team 4004, the M.A.R.S. (Muskegon Area Robotics Students) Rovers. We are a FIRST Robotics Team based in Muskegon, Michigan. Each year we are given the parameters for a game to be played with our robot and we have six weeks to design, build and program the robot to play the game with others from around the state. But in those six weeks we do that and so much more.

MARS Rovers 4004

MARS has a great problem! We have so many new students this year that we do not have enough chairs for everyone to sit down together at the same time.
Do you (or does your business) have any office chairs that you don’t need anymore? Are you thinking of upgrading?
MARS Rovers would love to take them off your hands and help ease our growing pains.
Please comment here, private message us, or contact one of our mentors.

MARS Rovers 4004

Yesterday the team met another family who has twin boys that require assistance with walking. They own one electric jeep that’s not functional at the moment that we’re going to fix for them. We will also modify it to be a joystick drive since they don’t have the strength and coordination to turn the steering wheel.

We are looking for donations to purchase a second jeep for them and then do the same modifications to it so that each of the boys will be able to ride their own jeep soon. If you’d like to help out please contact us or send us a message through messenger.

These guys are so adorable and happy. We can’t wait to see their faces when they each have their own cars.
